Celegene sold hundreds of millions of dollars worth of thalidomide for the treatment of cancer before it started selling Revlimid, a derivative of thalidomide, by the billions of dollars for the treatment of cancer specifically multiple myeloma.

It is almost without a doubt that Anavex3-71 will follow Anavex 2-73 as a treatment for Alzheimer's and other diseases and conditions such as Parkinson's, Huntington's, ALS, epilepsy, etc., etc., etc.
