A group of shareholders tried to force a shareholders meeting about a decade ago. Ed used shareholders money to fight them in court. End result, the group of shareholders had to pay legal fees for their attorneys and, as shareholders in company, they paid MZEI legal fees. In essence, they lost out twice.

You ought to gather a group of shareholders and show up at Deacon Hoyt's Sunday services in Indiana and ask him to pass the collection plate for MZEI shareholders at the next mass.

Only way things will change is if the major shareholders or board members force the issue. For some strange reason they want to keep the status quo.
