Many of us have been focusing on the overly optomistic PR's as the main reason for delisting. Are their any opinions as to how we are not in compliance with this particular listing standard?


"The Company or its management has engaged in operations, which in the opinion of the Exchange, are contrary to the public interest"

Is this related to the Internafta default? Does the AMEX actually believe this deal was made up to increase the sp? I have know idea how GTE's operations are contrary to public interest.
