no, actually, it is not above me....in a "pollyanna" world such theories and observations are perfect....the problem always seems to arrive back to the fact that when you interject people into the equation such cannot be predicted 100% of the time by a theoretical model...i do not disagree with your observation just the outcome in the world we live in seems to drift from theory, and deviate to the mean of human behavior, rather than adhere to a set of moral values or rules..many humans put their own interests above all else...
