So I'm not anywhere near as knowledgeable on stocks as the rest of you guys on here but could you guys please explain how this would be a scam? Honest question, not trying to be argumentative. What exactly would the scam be on this company? They're making a tangible product that's been showcased to the public with the intentions of selling in the U.S., so how would this not be anymore legit then any other company making a product for sale to consumers?

Is the scam all these press releases are maybe completely fabricated to sell shares? Or maybe this is a Chinese company setting up the image of wanting to sell in the US but really they just went public to raise money from American investors and then out of nowhere for some reason they decide or make up some reason they can't sell in the U.S. So they take the company with all the money raised from going public back to China and leave us investors high and dry?

So what exactly is the scam this company is pulling if it is a scam?
