Volume precedes price and there was no reason whatsoever to yank it down to this level when it's been at the .0017 .0019 level for more than 3 months.

Look at the volume just suddenly spike to almost half billion and it's not just WOLF.

There could be something going on if volume precedes price and it broke resistance at .0027 (high of year) or a double top.
