Yep! This guy and his hedge fund have been abusively naked shorting SUNE for some time imo. The spurious PR's and hack pieces with negative rumors all coming from Tepper and other shorting groups imo. The no merit lawsuits another Tepper tactic. This billionaire hedgie is clearly arrogant and thinks that he is untouchable. No doubt has SEC 'connections' and is not worried about them investigating him and Appaloosa. Sunedison should compile evidence against him and take it to a judge (an impartial one preferably!)
