Well your post was a fun and entertaining read... and one of another many theories floating around about as to what's going on.

I'm really not worried about Larry not understanding the mechanics of the screening halt. Either he's not familiar with the 3 month screening pipeline, or he doesn't understand it. It's evident to me that many here don't understand it... or don't feel comfortable accepting it as an explanation to the screening halt. And if other equally good minds don't get it, perhaps Larry doesn't either.

Still, that's unfortunate as this seems to be the single hold up for so many current and/or potential investors; and I think that when the answers finally roll out, some investors will regret that they didn't take the time to more fully understand that subject better.

I'm am fully confident NWBO management has a very good handle on what it is they are doing. It's my opinion, of course, that they are working diligently towards some sort of approval with the FDA that they consider they have a very good shot at being granted. If it is, IMO, the product will either be approved and they can begin marketing it, or they will have enhanced the trial in some manner that will allow it to be approved much faster. Obviously we shall see if I'm correct or not.

In the event that whatever is transpiring behind the scenes is not granted, they will want to make sure they have enough reserves in the coffers to make sure they can take L to the end. I believe that with what NW gave them in October, and the two other very undesirable financings they have done since then, plus the warrant packages built into the last financing, they ought to have enough to see the trial to the end if they are unable to end it sooner.

Plus...
I believe the relationship with NW is under repair...
I believe they are wrapping up on the investigation...
I believe they've got all their patents resolved and back in the right places...
I believe Navid Malik will be proven to be spotless in this fiasco...
I believe Cenkos may have been behind pushing the P5 Report with the UK media... mainly to get back at Navid Malik, who was tainted by the P5 report's claims. Why get back at Malik? Maybe he was more than a little "uncomfortable" with the role Cenkos played in the Qunidell scandal. At first the P5 report was tossed aside with nary a glance. But then Cenkos, IMO, resurrected it with the UK media... with the goal of making Malik look as bad as possible... for reasons that a lawsuit will most likely later clear up. It's too bad that Cenkos made NW, their own client, look bad as well. Maybe we'll soon get the pleasure of watching NW kick both Katherine Wolf and Cenkos down the road.

Here's a quick run down of the problem Cenkos may be facing regarding Quindell, and their role as a Nominated Advisor (Nomad) to Quindell.

It's unfortunate, but I'd have to guess that Direct will have to wait, because it seems biotech financing money is very tight right now. And unfortunately, with all that manufacturing build up the company is undergoing right now, plus the P3 trial, there's not much left over. Still, that manufacturing ultimately work for Direct too so Direct is getting some benefit from those expenditures. It's sad really, but I'd like to think we don't have much longer to wait. Why? Because I think the 60 day over allotment in the February 29 financing was intended to get more finance money into their hands quickly, rather than wait for the more extensive and larger financings that are sure to come through if a trial approval is near. The ladies I spoke to at the FDA back in late August told me that there comes a time when the sponsor usually knows almost to the day when the decision will ultimately be made. So I'm guessing NWBO finally has a better handle on that now. At least as of the last financing.

And so soon, I believe we'll all understand exactly what was going on behind the scenes... and those that stuck by the company because their DD convinced them to stay... or because their current loss was too deep to get out... will in the end, be very happy they remained. And we'll all be saying what a grand job NWBO management actually did.

And Ready... this is my mosaic... and it could be proven wrong. I understand that. I know you're sorta stuck here now, and I truly, truly hope that this all works out for all of us including you... and there is a cure in here for patients as well. I don't feel stuck as you do here... but I grant it is a complete bummer that the price is at such an all time low. What more can I say? Will I be sorry if I am proven wrong? Yes I will. And I will be sorry for any role I may have played in the decisions of those who read my posts and decided to not sell. And I too will share in the financial losses -- just like the rest of us.

'Course, if I and other longs are proven right, I hope everyone here will simply ...
