The decline in price over the past few months would be indicitive of dilution IF the trading volume had been high. Quite the opposite. I suspect the price decline has been due primarily to simple attrition as shareholders grew tired of waiting for news of progress. If the OS of this company is between 1 and 2 billion shares then you have a market cap of between $500,000 and maybe $1,000,000. That seems a tad low to me in comparison to the potential of Delta finding SOMETHING on one of their kimberlite properties. All they have to do is announce one single macro diamond discovery and this stock will skyrocket. Granted, this may never happen but at least we know Apex is doing work this summer on the Montana properties. That's enticing enough for me to hang in there and pick up shares on the cheap. Good luck to all.
