Further to my previous post... I wanted to add that MSX stock price is heavily under valued. When it begins trading again, which I believe should be soon, those who haven't jumped on board should because the price is much much less than it should be. All of the decisions, to date, in Chile are ground breaking and extraordinary, unfortunately there has been a massive gap in the action plan to gets these monetized through MSX stock. I trust, that this gap has been recognized and Jorge and the MSX leadership team have taken steps to remedy it. Jorge's lawyer is fantastic. What do we need? We need to MSX dream team as well. Obviously, it would be impossible for one person to figure out an entire game plan. The strength of a CEO, is his or her ability to recognize his or her own strengths and weakness. With regards to weaknesses, have the ability to find key people with an expertise in that area and the ability to make things happen. So, a CEO's biggest asset is the ability to build a strong team and trust the team to do their jobs.
