Picture it like this. There are 100's of holders in a stock and none of them have any sell orders in but as it goes up and people are up 100 and 300 and 500% the orders start to show up that aren't there right now as people decide to take profits. This is the case in any stock. Look at last week when we had just 40k to 01 left. New orders came in both bidding and selling. L2 here is thin no doubt but to get to .25 would take volume and people holding. I think all here would be happy with 02 and 04 etc...
