I've been in this way back in the water heater days and I used to defend it too for months if not years but unfortunately this is 100% a scam and a turd. I used to have posts removed fighting with the people who tried to convince everyone to stay away but they were right. I'm technically still in it, just use the losses for tax every year as needed (yay...). There was a huge pattern of lies and delays and avoiding answering questions and righteous indignation whenever we pressed for info. I don't even know what they are up to these days and what the latest news is but I promise you it will never be a real company. If you time it right you might take advantage of the occasional spike but there are plenty of better pinkies out there. Do yourself a favor and listen to Earnest and sunspotter.
