Like many of you I have been trying to find out what's going on wiht the company. I typed Googled 'Motion DNA' and I found this interesting press release.
No Deal with MTDX
May 31, 2006 - DENVER, Colo. - National Pro Fastpitch ("NPF") recently learned of a press release dated March 30, 2006 that was issued by Motion DNA Corporation (MTDX..PKs) ("MTDX") concerning the parties' intentions to renew a 2005 contractual relationship between them. No authorized representative of NPF participated in the drafting of the Press Release, nor did any NPF officials or representatives have knowledge of the Press Release prior to Tuesday, May 22, 2006. While NPF and MTDX did have a contractual relationship during 2005 and the parties were contemplating and negotiating the terms of a possible renewal thereof for 2006, the parties did not have an agreement, definitive or otherwise, concerning the final terms or form of contract to be utilized in connection with any such relationship. NPF does not presently intend to renew or enter into a contractual relationship with MTDX with respect to 2006.

Motion DNA and National Profastpitch League to Ink New Deal
Scottsdale, AZ, March 30, 2006, Motion DNA Corporation (MTDX..PKs) and the women's National Pro Fastpitch League (NPF) today announced plans to renew their contractual agreement and solidify their mutually beneficial business relationship. Motion DNA is the Nation’s leading biomechanical analysis company and the NPF is the premier women's professional sports league. In 2005, this symbiotic relationship netted MTDX more than $250,000. “This new agreement should add more than $500,000 to our revenue stream this year,” exclaimed Zig Ziegler, Founder and CEO.
Although terms of the deal have not been finalized, it is expected that both organizations will benefit significantly from the joint-marketing exposure. Motion DNA Corp. will be committed to a much greater involvement in the health and well-being of all of the athletes on the League's seven teams.
I don't know if there is basis for a lawsuit or anything, but you combine the garbage about the patents and other things and this company has done nothing but mislead or deceive in every single press release.
