Made a killing from March up to June last year. Sold and rebought with a ~$0.20 average so far.

I've spoken to Dr. Weis on four occasions on the phone over the recent months and from what I gather (what he tells me) he's got very specific terms he wants financing on. Up to debate whether he's in a position to barter or not, though.

Average bridge loans operate on a six month basis, so he has until May to show us something before his interest soars.

We'll see what happens, but I wouldn't get knee deep yet.
