I'm trying to think clearly about this stock, although at my age and given my knowledge in this technology, that is a real challenge.

First issue for me is what the heck have the current administration been trying to do for the last 5 years or so ???? Certainly the stock price and the sales figures point clearly (to me) to the notion that they have been waiting for an expert to convert the technology into something profitable. Had that task been "doable" they would have moved forward all of their own. Could that waiting period have really been a reasonable plan ??? If so, man they are a patient bunch !

Secondly, the "market" is not stupid, limited by any means, or, irrational over even a short length of time. At the same time neither is this new investor, Mr. Li. The share price of $.13 therefore indicates to me that the jury is still out on wheater or not the enterprise has the capacity to become "successful". Consequently, it is at best a 50/50 proposition, and the odds are probably lower still than that generous quote.

Third, there is a rather big question mark to me about how a small shareholder might profit from this new infusion of funds and personnel. Surly Mr. Li and his cadre are not people who are THAT much better than the existing bunch. And, It is still not clear that we will be along for the ride if there is a lot of money to be made ... that just does not happen to a guy like me.

Fourth, how likely is it that a $.13 stock representing a technology that has been around for a really long time going to grow into a reasonably successful enterprise ? Yes, unlikely things to occur but what are the odds, really ?

Finally, can anything really be predicted based on the existing knowledge and the lag time between something significant happening and then becoming commonly known ? Not even the best of this Board seem capable of making valid predictions of future actions.

I think this is at best nothing more than a gamble that will take much longer than a horse race to end. Unlike the horses however, past performance does not necessarily provide a strong indication of future results. Yes. we have changed the jockey but he/she does not do the running.
