I think anyone who has been involved in this stock for any length of time feels that there are corporate governance issues involved. As these have been discussed by you and others on this board ad nauseum I don't wish to engage in this debate. However, if management takes steps to address these issues, as they did in this case with the loan, it seems with you to be a case of heads they are crooks and tails they are thieves. But maybe that is just how I interpreted what you wrote. Am I wrong?
