well, a cynic would say that the "temporary blackout" on insider buying provides a very convenient way of answering "why aren't insiders buying at these low prices?".

The blackout was for sales too, right?

I think temporary meant "until the 10K is public". Insiders were in something of a legal no man's land - insiders can't trade between the end of the quarter being reported and the 10Q date - but the 10Q was delayed indefinitely while management (those same insiders) worked on the financials and related discovery. They had to blackout trading until the 10Q is public.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
