PNPL is P. Vincent Mehdizadeh's latest scam.... You might remember him as the multi-convicted felon founder and controlling stockholder of criminal enterprise MDBX/NGBL Clinton Greyling has a new company named Trends Investments Inc that helps set-up reverse mergers for private companies looking to go public. trendsinvestments.com For the last 15 years Clinton Greyling has been providing similar services through Charms Investments Clinton Greyling is the son of Leslie Greyling. Leslie Greyling was Indicted in the mob on wall street busts back in 2000 for his involvement in E-Pawn (EPWN). At the time Clinton Greyling was serving as a director for E-Pawn. http://www.bizjournals.com/southflorida/stories/2000/06/26/story8.html Charms Investments was involved in many p&d type tickers during its existence, but probably the ticker that got the most attention on this forum was DUCP. In 2012 the Greylings arranged the reverse merger of ARX Gold Corp into Daulton Capital Corp (DUCP). What SEC filings didn't disclose was that Leslie Greyling who was going by the alias Leon Larson controlled a large block of free trading stock through a nominee entity he secretly controlled in Panama called Musketeer Holdings. DUCP ran a paid promotion in 2012 to assist in the dumping of those shares. The ticker was later suspended in October of 2013 but by that point all the damage to the public was done. This new Trends Investments does exactly what Charms used to by arranging reverse mergers.
