Complete nonsense. There are millions of dollars in toxic debt and it would be illegal for the company to buy back shares for one. For a second a company buying shares instead of the debt back would be beyond incredibly stupid and a breach of fiduciary duty. Do you realize how absolutely crooked if not criminal it is to issue convertible debt and then buy back those shares on the open market?
