Apple has royalty-free Perpetual rights to liquid metal forever. So why would liquid metal get paid if Apple contracted enotech to produce an iPhone for them?

To use Liquidmetal® in a product, companies pay for the following:
1) Liquidmetal® license fee
2) Raw materials
3) Manufacturing costs

Apple has perpetual rights to free Liquidmetal® licensing (#1), but not free raw materials (#2) or free manufacturing (#3).

So, if Eontec does manufacture parts for Apple, will Liquidmetal receive revenue associated with parts bound for North America and Europe?

From the 8-K:

The licenses granted under the License Agreement cover all fields of use and products other than consumer electronic products, watches and components thereof, certain luxury goods, and defense and munitions applications. The licenses are also limited by applicable any U.S. and China legal requirements or approval requirements.

Does this mean Eontec would keep 100% of manufacturing revenues for Apple product components?
