Can anyone Show any negative aspects?? I would like other opinions. What have I missed??

Have you read the financial statements? They are worse than ugly - they are gruesome. Just the massive amount of toxic death spiral convertibles should send anyone running away from this stock at top speed.

Those toxic convertibles convert into common shares at a 40-50% discount to market. Which is almost certainly where the billions of new shares are coming from and why the stock price isn't rising. Especially since they have an almost unlimited amount of stock they can dump into the market at a guaranteed profit.
