The stock is not broken. I have a good friend of mine who is a stockbroker. He brought V to my attention in 2012. He bought in as a trade thinking buyout and when it didn't happen, sold taking a small loss. After the Adcom, when I really started accumulating shares, he kept telling me the company was toast. While having an extensive discussion last year, he told me nothing would move this stock except a positive trial. I told him I was confident AMRN would win both court cases and would be added back into the Biotech Index. He told me it wouldn't affect the price. He was right, none of it mattered.
He considers me the expert on AMRN, so is always asking about the trial and the latest science. No one in his firm follows it.
My point is, he is just like every other broker out there and they are all thinking just like him. They don't follow the science at all and court wins are irrelevant to them. All they care about is will the trial be successful so AMRN can sell to BP. He doesn't even care about financials. If the trial is a success, he will buy in then for a quick hit and be happy. In the mean time, it's things like bit coins that has his interest.
