Serf, one of the employees of Jack Donelly told me that, Jack is advising people that if they do not receive their certificates in about 10 days, they should file a complaint with SEC. Do you think that's what we should do and how can I file a complaint if I live overseas and who do I file that complaint with? Need ur advise...
