End of april?
So let me get this straight...
They havent filed for BK.
But the BK for the largest solar company around is going to be finalized without ever going to court in 30 days...
And we should believe this because you have seen it before?

Care to show us where you have seen this?
I would like to see any BK that worked that way.
Or a BK where assets are greater than liabilities.
Because the washington mutual BK is one of the only BKs that i know of where assets were greater than liabilities and that BK is pushing on 9 years old and still in the courts even though the BK was completed 3 or4 years ago.
