For my own interest I put together a spreadsheet that has enrollment from beginning of trial up through now. As events occurred I took these out of the enrollment #'s to get events per month. So if on Oct 4th, 2013 there were 6075 enrolled which we know from ADCOM slides, then if approximately 202 events occurred up to that point, I would base it off 5873 and so on. What I found is that if 967 occurred at the end of Feb, avg composite rate would be about 4.81% which is pretty much in line with patient years. Again there are definitely flaws to my spreadsheet but definitely gives me a good feeling about how things are transpiring!
