it is GSAT, not the billionaire, that owns the YIPI shares, which are 10.7 million shares, not 20 million that you claim and which were issued to GSAT by YIPI at no cost just to begin negotiations on a potential agreement and to issue a PR with YIPI's name on it.

regarding the price, that is why it is going to drop to below 0.01 as those 10.7 million YIPI shares get sold into the market
