Not the case, unfortunately. T-Trades in penny stocks are 99+% of the time dilution. Especially in stocks like COWI that have massive amounts of toxic death spiral convertibles. That is always dilution caused by the toxic funders converting and dumping.

That is where the massive amount of recent volume is coming from - they are dumping as much as they can before the 10-K is due.

And MM's don't keep large amounts of sub-penny shares in inventory. Especially when they have a virtually unlimited number of new shares available from the toxic death spiral holders who can convert their toxic notes into many billions of new COWI common shares at any time.
