Ciliate doesn't know reality, he will support his always negative view by stating the obvious fact, in this case telling a member that the letter of the law states if you abstain it is not a positive when in WNBO's situation, being a company owned by LP & CO in a majority were votes do not matter in the least that NW must follow the letter of the law to prove his point even though it doesn't matter in NWBO's case.
