You really don't understand this, do you? You are trying to paint a picture of the company and its ongoing business affected by this cease and dismiss, as in "stop selling product" and "shutting the company down". Your continued and repeating of this "cease and dismiss" negative posts imply that is what you are trying to put in the minds of readers of this board, in definitive statements.

I, who am NOT negative on this company, do not wish to educate anyone who is, on the true meaning of this term 'cease and desist' in this particular situation and to what it IS related to. So please do some D&D on your own to find exactly what they are referring to as to 'cease and desist'. Clue: NOT shutting down sales or company.
