With respect….your comments don't seem to make sense. If we average out the cost of his shares at 8, 15 and 25 cents we get to 16 cents.

So what you're saying is that if he buys shares at 15 and 25 cents privately from the company and the stock is still at 13 cents and change…..he's underwater on his investment from the gitgo????

Why would he do that?

Why didn't he just buy 63 million dollars worth of stock at 8 cents and be done with it?
Oh…maybe I get it……..that's more than the authorized share count.

Can anyone else offer up any addition al explainations?
