that's my problem, I don't have shorts, I would need a margin account, and anyways I don't think they would let me short this.

I could look into options, but that is a professional thing and it is a timing thing, Im looking to own undervalued securities.

Actually you don't need a crystal ball to know it was going to .32 cents - it is on the news Dec. 2 last year (if you know how to read it)
