There's a long term plan here and the SS has remained unchanged. Looks exhausted!

All based on old but still good news-- as the ticker is back where it was at end of 2015 pr and rising.

Average price from the bottom (long term chart) on this is .0026 which it bounced strong off of the 50day which crossed the 200day recently (long term).

Looks like buying is technical and is speculating into the next few weeks.

Lots of strength and accumulation. Short term target is around .005-6
