They have less than 45 minutes to file or they will be considered late. In my opinion, there is no reason these two tiny companies can not file on time. It looks bad and investors don't appreciate it. WTF. If Mcig doesn't file on time, they are subject to penalties because they will have been late 2 times in a calendar year. They filed late 6 months ago. FILE ALREADY!
