Thats correct. 4 million spent on certification and a 20 million dollar deficit. Nearly 5 million dollar annual operating expense. A 100k PO for someone else s parts is not going to cut the mustard..
Bill could have just saved the shareholders 4 million and not become certified if he isnt going to sell TPAC bearings.

Ok. Now I understand. In order for it to be valid, the design must be that of TPAC in your opinion. So by your logic Precision Castparts isn't an aerospace manufacturer. Please tell Mr Buffett that he paid $32.3 billion for a scam. Precision Castparts makes and processes parts to other people's specifications. So they won't qualify as a manufacturer by your definition because they don't make parts of their own design.
