Rk, with all due respect, I'm sure the company wants to salvage this p3 trial anyway they can but it appears that the regulatory bodies just won't agree to salvage this problematic p3 trial. IMO I strongly believe that this p3 already failed the primary endpoint and anything they saw concerning their secondary endpoint will not justify trying to salvage this trial. The real question is why is this company not properly disclosing material information in a timely manner.
