Yes, that can be done,,it will be positive ,because it's called reinvesting in their selves in a positive way,, that will help shareholders...
Lets say they use the whole 500k to buy as many Shares as possible up to .01 & then on great news & a reduction in A/S COWI could easily surge,, they would have made an excellent return on that 500k they used to Buy Back all those Shares...
