They buy a block of oshares then post sells after... so do not get shaken out when it drops.... say it is at .20 .... they will buy all shares up to .23 .... the PPS rises... then they place all the sell orders they bought after so it drops back down to where it started hoping to get more people to sell... they eat those up - then they go up again above the last level they cleared out... they been doing this for many days.... just IMO watching L2
