The 5 million preferred were never on the NVSOS. Without the purchase of the 10 page document nobody knows how those shares were issued. I have already listed all the facts of the latest Q in my last message. So unless you show those 10 pages listed in the preferred registration statement on the NVSOS its only your opinion.
