But then there's these facts:
In business since 2001 and still not one profitable year.
There will be no on going relationship with Microsoft. They settle for a one time lump sum payment. This means they only paid for past infringement and are moving on. They will not be using the product in the future. This alone tells me there will never be a buyout!
Do a google search for companies that do the same thing. There are tons of them and they have relationships with the likes of IBM, Oracle, and many others. Yet SFOR hasn't turned a profit in 17 years.
What about all the dilution over the past month? Who is it that doesn't have the confidence in SFOR? Or is the company dumping before they release the 10k because they know it will tank following the release.
