Do you know how difficult it is to win a lawsuit in Delaware of all places? Basically corp country.

Strikeforce is the next VHC why didn't Microsoft and Apple buy VHC after their initial losses years ago.

VHC a company with 6 employees and an office space that cost $5 bucks a month has beat both Apple and Microsoft to the tune of almost 1 billion dollars in patent infringement cases.

Fact is Microsoft is not the only infringer so their is more to come. What people like you fail to see is that the lawsuit established that the out of band patent is solely that of Strikeforce and anyone using it will pay licensing fees.

Out of band is what bank of america uses with safepass. So many other companies use it and it will be enforced in due time.

Please educate yourself in these matter similar cases are all over google.
