WEYLER initiated the development of the LUGEE DEAL, NOT STEIPP and the clowns he seated on the BOD, not Bruce Bromage who is only a spiritual prayer team advisor to Steipp.

However, I agree with you that Steipp has diluted this Company and its stock 20 to 1 over 6 years.
