My Theory II -

It seems to me that there are contrary forces at work that do not want GTE to be doing some of the things it does.

1) Delist is an aggressive strike to make GTE conform to these contrary forces desires. That is - do not compete in our arenas.

2) Nothing GTE does can stop the Delist. Appeal will not work because the fix is already in. I base this on the very, very weak arguments used for the current delist statements from AMEX.
