Ha. This back n forth with Orot made me think of some property i had 4S
And it wouldnt sell ( ppl loved it until the hound dogs across my field bark up a storm (50), then grandson of dog owner made offer and im like its 30% below what i wanted , like SIRG , i thought it thru and finally gave in and sold it , still made 30% so hoping SIRG shakes hands this time around and Win Win for ALL .hope im not to Far off topic, xZx wise man ... t2
