To all the good SIRG folks here, I found out a few things.

So again, everything is based on speculation on these boards with exception of good proven public DD like a court document for example.

Here is what I was explained, take it or leave it.

The OROT negotiations were very real! Everything was agreed upon, basically a done deal. Then something back fired from SIRG, and it nullified the deal. Once negotiations began again SIRG reps ruined everything by demanding to much from Orot, simple as that. Orot walked away sour, however SIRG reps learned a ton during the whole process and now 2 different companies are competing for the shell. It explains why there are so many reads here, Fromm Investments, and other weird things. Completely explains it, if nothing was going on it certainly wouldn't be like that.
I was also told that OROT reps are aware of this and have once again been in contact with SIRG lawyers. It seems SIRG has positioned themselves very well now after learning exactly where they stand.

This said, I have never been more confident in my investment in SIRG and no one is going to sway my confidence.

Sirg knows damn well there only hope for a good outcome is a RM into their shell. Now there are a ton of companies looking for that exact thing, FACT.

I will be clearing out all shares under .001 so if you don't understand how big this will be and cant wait feel free to sell them to me.

If you are smart enough to figure this out, lock your shares in very very very high, RM plays are extremely powerful once filings hit.
