From what I read its saying TPAC has made 0 parts. The parts they are shipping are someone elses parts. Maybe they are a middleman not sure. Its hard to know the way Bill manipulates everything. But it is clear they have made 0 parts from Bill's tweet. Rack that up to another lie from Bill that TPAC actually had a PO for their bearings.
