Of COURSE they are crossing their Ts and dotting their Is

But IMO it is not for YOU.

Let me repeat that: It's not for you or for the other shareholders.

This is about being squeaky clean so when the split goes down

(and I do believe they are about to show you how that works)

and you've got enough shares for a stuffed toy, and they've got

enough to paper mache Fort Knox with, they get to keep

ALL the tech, ALL the warranted shares, ALL the everything.

So YEAH, OF COURSE they are "going to all that work and expense"

for something, but IT AIN'T YOU, it's NEVER been you,

and it never will be for retail shareholders

(cf. private Nanobeak, which has the rights to the tech, NOT

you and NOT VNTH). So don't get hopeful about the beatdown

that is brewing, cuz imo you ain't the one who's gonna emerge victorious

with anything resembling an honest early stake in a company

that hasn't done ONE RIGHT or GOOD THING for its retail shareholders

in nearly a decade. By all means, show me what I've missed, but

I haven't seen ONE kiss in all the years of screwing that's

gone on. All IMO.
