I agree with Big Rig

Why go to all the expense of keeping the company current, doing all the filings doing the notification mail out. I got that honking big document in the mail and I assume they sent it out to all the shareholders, so that cost a lot of money.

Based on that assessment, VNTH should be a success. Just depends on how big the RS is, if at all.
