Doc, mide, justfrank, wizetrader, anybody even pit.

Can someone who knows about trading and the exchanges answer the following post?

I posted this on the TA side but have not got any answers, maybe someone over here does.

Since we had no legal short when we entered the AMEX, are we going to have a legal short when we exit the AMEX? Can you legally short OTC BB or pinks?


And if the answers are no and no, then we have probably at least 7 mil shares that need to be bought, + and naked shares.

If the answer to the above are yes, then how did we enter the AMEX with no legal short position?
