The one I'm worried most about is the Strat, if they discover during the testing period that changes in the structure, etc. need to be made. I hope that current revenues from VozBrasil and Centerline will cover this. If the Strat is successful I believe commercial contracts will be set up similar to the Wirless contracts (Customer will finance buildout of SansIII, SansIV, and so on)
