That's Ludacris to say there is a merger. Him and monkey are continually wrong and I recommend everyone on the board just add them to their ignore list. The board makes much more sense when you do that.

As bad as the company is doing - personally - I really truly believe that VFizz tastes 10x better than sparkling ice, but that doesn't matter. I'm sure many others agree as well, again, doesn't matter. Without any advertisement or ways to actually get the word out that this product exists...(if it even exists anymore...shit, it's not restocking on amazon).

I'm starting to build a theory that this product they are buying, which everyone is saying yo gaba gaba, or whatever it is, it's a avenue for Minerco to exit the Sparkling water game.

The evidence is daunting - Think about it

1. They did taste testing / small promotions (spring break, golf tourney, whatever that maxim event was) / Deals: Buy 1 get 1 - after this failure they start to realize "this is harder than we thought"

2. Haven't updated the tracker or placed in any new chains - starter bros (whatever it's called) was the last placement. When was the latest picture of someone purchasing Vfizz? was there any even in 2016? can we even find the product anymore?

3. People are saying amazon isn't even restocking - people are seeing Vfizz with the old clear caps and rarely seeing the colored caps - which insinuates the company isn't pushing out any new product

4. Folks have seen Vfizz going to Big Lots - which means they're trying to clear inventory

5. ...and probably the most obvious is one of the largest beverage if not THE largest beverage company in the world Cocoa Cola can't even penetrate this market - what makes you think a penny stock, Scott Vanis with failed ventures, is going to be able to?

To me - it makes sense. They're going to move away from the Sparkling Water market and into the children's market with this washed up drink that was popular in 2008 or something.

hey I could be wrong, and i'll be 100% willing to admit it like a man, unlike certain folks on this board. I just wouldn't be surprised to eventually see the Vfizz thing die down and used this "acquisition" of vfizz as a cover up. What's the point of having 100% ownership of a product when it's not selling?

Fluff news to hype up the company.

This is all just my theory and opinion. Take it for what it's worth...1 post of the daaay
